1 14.75 oz Can Salmon
1 Cup Bread Crumbs or Stuffing mix
2 Large Eggs
1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder or small Fresh Garlic Clove Crushed
1 tsp Dried or fresh Parsley
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Onion (Fine, grated or crushed)
and a squeeze of fresh Lime.

I like to chop my onions very fine or use a garlic press

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
with your hands. (You can roll in bread crumbs or not.
I just leave them plain.)
Bake at 350° for 25 - 35 minutes on a cookie sheet
Spray cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray.
I like to flip them after about 15 minutes

These are low fat and NO Trans Fats! This is why I bake them
If you want to fry them use Olive Oil.

There are many different ways to make Salmon Patties
so add what you want and try different things.
You really can't go wrong.

For a spicy treat add 1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Ready for the oven.
